Yes, you can pay for your furniture purchases in installments through Tabby and Tamara.

Orders may be canceled for any reason within 12 hrs without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs. After this initial period, a 7% charge of the total invoice amount will apply. For more information, please find our cancellation policy here.

No, there is no limit. Feel free to order as much as you want.

Sorry, we don’t accept any discount cards such as Fazaa or Esaad.

Currently we don’t offer an online tracking system, but our customer service team is ready to provide you with any updates or details you require.

Delivery

Yes, we are able to offer international shipping at the moment.

Yes of course, you can change the delivery date. Please call us at least one day before your scheduled delivery so our team can make the necessary arrangements.

Sorry, as all our furniture is made on orders, we don’t offer a COD option.

Yes, we provide free delivery all across UAE, except the Western Region (where a charge of 1000 AED will apply), the Eastern region and Hatta (where a charge of 500 AED will apply). Visit our delivery section to know more.

We require 5-7 business days to deliver your item. Once it’s ready, our delivery team will contact you one day prior to the scheduled delivery to arrange the timing.
